Broodje van Eigen Deeg is a French bakery located in the Netherlands. With a unique concept in making their own bread dough, they are specialized in French bread, pastry and confectionery. They bake bread made of their own dough. In addition, they select pure ingredients, without additives. Preparing dough with respect for the ancient craft and long rising processes using sourdough. Their bread is inspired by the French tradition. This bread has many types, but have one thing in common; it is always freshly baked. They bake – like the French – throughout the day. So it never takes long before freshly baked, warm and crackling bread comes out of their oven! The B is the letter of their company but also has a smart reference to the popular French baguettes.
